All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.
Quotations are based on information provided by the client. Any changes to specifications may result in price adjustments.
We provide 3D design renderings for a fee of R850. Once you approve the final design, any subsequent changes may incur additional charges. It is the client's responsibility to verify all measurements and specifications before approving the design.
Manufacturing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability and project complexity. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Kitchen Cupboards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
All designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Kitchen Cupboards. Clients may not reproduce or use our designs for other purposes without written permission.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably. If necessary, disputes may be referred to mediation or the appropriate South African courts.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
